HYDROSTREAM VALERO YT BOWRIDER

JUPITER PULSARE

Well-known member
Hey Guys, I just bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara to play with so...as much as I hate to do this...one of my boats has to go!:( I've decided to keep my Pulsare :bigthumb: and sell my 1988 Hydrostream Valero YT Bowrider with the matching Merc 175. The hull is a mod V tunnel hull and loves to fly! The boat also has a manual jackplate, full gage package and looks and runs great!! The boat has been garaged it's entire life! Trailer included! $7000 takes it away.

Hey Claupie, gas has gone up a bit since that picture was taken on Superbowl Sunday. It's still less than 4.80 gal!!!! How's your boat running?? Any new mods??

Hey Pierre, I would say a Trophy Plus 26 or 27 would suit the boat great.

Jupiter Pulsare,

Sold your boat yet? Very nice:thumb:

My wife and I saw one on Priest Lake two summers ago and thought it would be a great boat for the family. Almost same except for the high back buckets. She got all giddy thinking about it. Wish I had known yours would have been forsale. Probably would have thought twice before I jumped into this Enforcer rebuild.

Hey Hick, I still have the boat..I'm not pushing very hard to sell it cause I'm still tinkering with it. I just built and installed a Starboard seat box for the rear seat. It came out great! I installed it on Euro Hinges so you can tilt the box up for easy access to the battery and oil tank!...but if someone came along and wanted to buy the boat I would sell it....tooo many toys!!!

Do you have the center windshield and the original front seats?
Are you set on the price?

Yes, I have the center windshield and original front seats...in fact the driver's seat has been completely rebuilt with a layer of 1708 glass around the perimeter and new ply glassed to the seat bottom of the shell....just need to re-staple the vinyl to the seat! A much improved version of the original seat. $7000 is pretty firm, the boat is mint... you won't find a cleaner Valero.. short of having a new one built!!

JP,

If I had the 7k I'd snap it up w/o blinking:) My decision ta buy came down to two makes; Checkmate and Hydrostream. The Enforcer came along when I had a little money to burn and now I'm in it up to "you know where":D From what I've read here and on S&F you know your boats and they are well cared for. Good luck w/ the sell. I hope that who ever gets it appreciates it like they should:thumb:

Great looking boat ~ thumbs-up~

It's a nice boat that will hold value until the economy picks up again, don't sell her short because you will kick yourself when it gets flipped for $$$$s more than you sell for.

Very reasonable

I have owned one of these. It has been the most favorite boat I have ever owned. Very versatile. If things were doing even a tiny bit better, I would own this one. I have wanted another one for 6 years now.
If I ever get the chance to get these boats in my shop turned out, I could do it soon....working and hobbying is not the best combo right now. I need to quit the day job and go full time with the shop.

OK, now that the election is over maybe people will spend some money again!! Winter is here..it's a great time to pick up a boat and be ready for springtime. Willing to separate. $5000 for the boat rigged and ready for Merc and $2000 for the complete Merc 175. ttt

TTT, I'm open to reasonable offers and will separate if needed. I've been enjoying my Pulsare so much that the little Stream is just sitting in the garage and begging to be used..

Got me ta thinkin.....

Price is just too darn hard to turn down.....specially without a motor
Got a buyer for the motor yet?
