What is that grey line around the perimeter? did you guys glass the top of the floor or just the edges? thanks

The dark grey is where the filler is, to smooth the transition from floor to the bottom of the boat.

floor looks good, did you bother with marine grade plywood, or did you just coa tit with resin?

I'll have to ask John, but I'm guessing it was not marine plywood.

Deck Off?
Do you have to take the deck off to put a new floor in? I have heard that sometimes the hull and deck don't fit as well after a new floor is put in? Does the hull have a tendancy to shift without the deck attached? Should you brace the hull during this process?
