I'm not coving anything, you already quoted what I said. The fact here is your a donkey that has no buisness in the boat you have. Remember your still fresh here and this community is tight so out of respect [not yours] I retracted my statement.

Keith you and Big Red are some real class acts. So I'm a donkey that doesn't belong in the boat I bought! Really??? That's awesome that you treat new members to the Checkmate community that way!!! Stay Classy guys!

And for the last time Keith, BigRed, this is my thread and I'm asking you to leave! So GTFO!

I have never gone into anyone else's thread here on these forums and trolled and **** all through it! Why do you guys have to do it to me?

WOW... I missed some good entertainment last night.

If the guy wants to beach his boat, so be it. You see it all the time with alot fancier boats than his... have at it I say.

Would I do it? no.

I'd never beach anything I own.. even my old Exciter, which had the gel worn thru from beaching, always got anchored off shore. If your anchor can't hold your boat in current, you have the wrong anchor- imo. I'm really particular about the condition of my old sh*t, though... and so were the previous owners of my current boats- thats why they look as good as they do.

Interesting thread ya got going here boyz - these 12:00 A.M. to morning threads sure get interesting from time to time.

Given that I think congress are currently debating sending in troops to restore order here, I think it's best we close this puppy down.

Personally speaking, I wouldn't beach a boat that I really cared about as it just scratches the hell out of the gel. But then again, I'm not rich. I do beach my Tin Boat all the time though!

And yeah, I agree, those keel guards although useful as hell I suppose, are sorta dorky in my books. Unfortunately, from my experience, there are always rocks even on a sand beach, so every time a wave rolls up, your boat will rock and roll on the rocks, so therefore, I wouldn't beach my Check by choice.

I'm with ndaniels, I would just anchor your boat out from shore slightly with the nose pointed out showing off your nice bling of a prop and life is good.

But hey, whada I know...

Closing out....

-Chris
