Lake Norman Get Together

Just got home a couple of hrs ago from Lake Norman. Thanks to Big Red and everyone who showed up. The weather was great, water was warm, the people were friendly, and Lake Norman is awsome! We didn't stay very long, wife wasn't feeling good, people at home are sick, plus knowing what is happening to my dad, my heart just wasn't in it today. My wife and I went for a cooling off ride and got to talking and then feeling guilty, so we loaded up and came back home. Sorry we didn't get to visit longer, but we now feel more comfortable being back home and close by to family members if they need us. Here are a few pic's that we snapped.

Great Party Big Red


Thanks for throwing a great party, BR. I met some good people and saw some very nice Checkmates. Hope for another one next year or maybe sooner. Sorry I had to leave early - from the pictures I see that I really missed out. I swear that I could hear that beer horn all the way home - 3 hours away.
