Just logged onto the board, have been following for a couple of weeks, seems to be some interest from everywhere, great. I tip my hat to you Chris for getting this thing going, keep it up.
I own a 1989 18' Checkmate, 150XR2. Sold my Thundercraft bowrider, kids grown up, time for a different toy/ride. I picked this up Thanksgiving weekend, took the boat up north, dropped it in the lake for 15 minutes, pulled it out, winterized it and tucked her away. Boy, I'm sure hurting now, can't wait till spring, love to fly. Boat up in Haliburton/Minden area.
I can't seem to find much info on the XR2's (1989), good/bad?? Looking forward to talking to all.
