Here are pics of the first ride out, with my girl and our Doberman pinscher (20 month old female) it was a dinner on the lake and a lil' cold but fun:banana:100_0113.jpg

Nice pics - our german shepherd used to love my parents boat - stood right up in the front and shoved his nose out like a big hood ornament. He would have loved the starliner. 14.5 years of memories with that little guy - put him down just before our second kid was born. The wife gets mad when I call our son my new dog... Until he can walk and talk, she really has not good arguements!!

Ross, I'll be sure to look you up before we do our week on Elk in Late July - boat looks real good.

Damn Ross, she's getting BIG! It's been a while since I've saw her....Looks like fun man! Did you take off all the decals on the motor??? Looks nice!!!

yeah she's about 70lbs now at just under 2years..... i took all the decals off the motor then sanded the piss out of it........2 coats primer,2coats black w/ silver metal flake,2 coats clear..... it looks pretty good for a electricians work!

Chocolate dobermans aren't easy to find around here, I have a chocolate min-pin. My step-daughter from my ex wife fell in love with him at Cherry Hill mall, NJ :bounce:. I wound up taking care of the lovable hell-raising bastard for the last 4 years. I'm pretty sure he'd piss all over the boat if I took him out :eyecrazy:, and I'd be way too tempted to make him into gator-bait if he did. lol

Maybe I'll get him a little big brother some day

Back in the day my mother use to show dobe's. My job was go with her and and set up the kennel area. Her favorite was a red doberman named Checkmate Kings Pawn.(WHO KNEW)But the dog was referd to as 7-up as that was the box he come home in.

Boy i haven't thought of those days in at least 20 yrs or so.THANKS

Good luck with your puppy. Jeff

P.S.Do you remember or have you seen the movie " The Doberman gang'' or its terriable sequile ''The Doberman gang II ''
