Hey everyone, I just picked up my first Checkmate boat at an auction for $881!
The boat hasn’t ran in a long time but I was able to get her fired up and she runs excellent. (Mercruiser 470) I am in the process of redoing the floor since it did have a soft spot. I plan on doing a full restore and will post pictures of my progress. I look forward to meeting everyone else and seeing their Checkmates.
Here is my 1983 Checkmate Diplomat.
