My former tow vehicle

I was looking through my albums and got a little nostalgic looking at my old tow vehicle. It's a 1979 Jeep J-10 short bed. It came equipped with: 360 V8, power steering, power brakes, automatic trans, and factory air that still worked when I sold it in 2007. It was originally blue with all blue interior but as you can see I changed all that back in 1993. I bought it used in 1984 and sold it in 2007. Kinda' miss it sometimes !!

Yea she was a work horse, couldn't beat it in the snow.

A friend did the upholstery. I painted his car and he did my interior.

I love those old Jeeps!

PS, The dent in the bumper is from the time I had it out with a fire plug. LOL

Ive been thinking about one also, maybe an older CJ. something I can work on. I need another toy to play with. Also been thinking about an older Vette.
