I just bought this beauty last night!!!
93 219 Persuader with the Merc 454... Yahooo I have arrived!!! I will get some more pics added soon... :banana:
 
I've owned a '92 persuader 219 w/454..Very nice rig..very stable boat..Congrats..You'll love it. :thumb:
 
Yeha I am not a fan of bottom paint either but, I am already looking at learning how to get it off and back down to the gelcoat? I guess I will be reading up on wetsanding, the deck is a little faded. I learned that the boat was up in Havasu, AZ and the original owner was considering moving to San Diego and had it coated with some sort of grey primer looking stuff and a lousy job at best... Any tips would be welcomed of course!!!
