My new wheels

Well-known member
We have had these sitting around the shop for a while now. The tires were a screw up three years ago. The wheels are used and the tires are 99.99% new. I convinced the boss to let me mount them up to try and move them. I said we should mount them on my truck and get some pics to use as marketing material. :D After running them all weekend, I think I like them. I am sure I can get them at a next to nothing price since they have been sitting around for so long.

Should I keep em?

LOVE EM !!!! They made that truck .... Now drop the rear a couple of inches.. On my Dodge I droped it two inches and it looks good

Ok here goes, like the style but they are to dark for my taste, if they were more of a polished or even more polished showing with red instead of black then i would like them better but that is what i like. if you like them keep them.

Those look great. What size tires are on the wheels?
The good thing about have bigger tires is that you wont have to lower the front of the truck to make it look low. Just lower the rear to make it level.

I think if I keep them, I will install a 2.5" front leveling kit. That would bring the front right up with the rear.

need to make it sit level the rear sits way to high, just do a flip kit on the rear the front seems fine I like how mine sits not to low but not to high and it levels when I hook the boat up.

I don't like them either I dis-like black wheels on red. I can't stand seeing the factory crusty calipers and disk. Is the truck a 4x4 ?? with the aggressive front tires

I like the style, they are similar to my 22's. I personally
am not big on the black for wheels, but those look good
on your truck in my opinion.

What size are they? (looks like 22's)

I dont have the funds to drop it and get the wheels I want right now. I didnt like how it looked with the stock pizza cutter tires on it. Sooo.......

These wheels would not be my first choice BUT, for the price I'll be getting them for I cant pass em up. I think it will look good with the 2.5" kit in the front. Right now it rubs just a CH on the fire wall.

It is a 2wd truck so when I wear these tires out I may have the cash to lower it like I want.

I like'em enough! Its hard to get used to the black on the wheels, but if they're your best price and option right now, way better than stock!!

Man I am in between on these things. I do like it better than the stock wheels. And for 600 bucks they are a steel. They even have the TPS units in them.

On the other hand, For me to lower it I will have just under a grand into it. Then I would have to drop another 1500 on wheels.

What to do?

If you have to ask people what they think about the wheels that means you kinda like them and kinda don't.

Your problem is that they look a little better than stock but not really your choice of wheels. I would just put your stockers back on and save some money and buy what you really want.

i like em:sssh::cheers:
Thats because they look better than your spoke hubcaps with missing centers that use to spin when stopped.
