Need a second prop

Well I finally got my 2005 2100BR pulsare with a 2007 225 opti. home. It has the manual jack plate with a 25 tempest 3 blade. My question is what would be a good second prop to have. I do alot of skiing, tubing, and wakebaording with my kids, I think the 25 tempest will be good for that, is there anything else to try out. I need something that will have a good hole shot and give me the top end also. What would be the best prop for top end speed. I'm new to the checkmate boats having just sold my hydro valero. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm exited to try it out befor ethe snow flies
