What are you looking to spend?
I am taking everything out of my checkmate trimate II boat.
It has a Merc 4000 shifter, 12 foot throttle and shift cables, and an 8 pin harness with keyswitch and key.
All these have about 30 hours of use, and were installed in May of 2004 when the boat was completely rerigged for the 1989 Mariner 200 engine that was on it.
All items were brand new when I got them last year, and are still in excellent condition.
The Merc 4000 shifter is the ergonomic one that is current.

JW, be carefull on the cont. boxes. The kit to rebuild the neutral rev. button is not cheep and pos. NLA.. Also the trim buttons or toggle button is very expens. Later,addgas.
JW, there was a water pressure gage on S&F Merc, with all the hoses and T connection for $40 new in the box.
merc 150 throttle controls and cables

I happen to be looking for these controls also. They are for a 150 merc outboard that I am putting on my glastron trihull. (the 14.5 starfire can only take the 90+ it's currently got ; ) need used also, if you can help, I would be so psyched! thanks

Anyone still have any Merc controls available out there? All my wirring, except the trim, is external, so basically just need one for the trim ( handle) and cables to go into. Stripped mine out ( guess pushing harder WON'T make it go faster?!?!?! huh? one more lesson learned! LOL) Mines the hidden style behind the side going to a 87 2.4. Thanx in advance!
