Welcome

Welcome to the boards. I don't know the diplomats real well but with a 115 should be around 50 ish give or take a few mph.

The fuel tank is small, 16 Gal. It has a terrific hull design and a great interior. You should see close to 50 MPH with an 1984 115 and a 19" SS prop. If you are running without a jackplate a small hub Ballistic works well and are easy to find used. It is not a good choice if you add a jackplate, then a Laser is a better choice as you will be running the prop closer to the surface.
I used to have a 115 inline Merc on the one in the avatar and could just make 50 MPH. I run a 130 Yamaha now and get upper 50's.
