Bought this 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel Excursion Limited in August absolutely love it!

Nice set up. Watch the headgaskets. There's a few things you can do to get them before they get you. I'm not very well informed on the 6.0's but with a couple of "fixes" they can be very reliable.

Diesel SUV's...love em. Still keeping my fingers crossed for a new Diesel Suburban...one can hope.

Where do run that enforcer, Hopfully not on your local lakes ALL the time? Do you get out the big water anywhere? Nice Comfortable Outfit!

Looks great! How do you like it? I read some mixed reviews on the Excursion for towing.

I really like towing with this truck, it is very stable at all speeds, stops well, since its diesel gas mileage is pretty good considering the truck weighs #8500. I dont know how the V10 or V8 petrol options are but this turbo diesel is pretty quick for a vehicle of this size.

I'm on Cass Lake and have never taken the boat anywhere else. The prevoius owners had it on the Saginaw River and Detroit River. My wife's family has a reunion @ Burt Lake every year so if I go I will be taking the Enforcer with me!

I just sold my 2000 Excursion V10 2wd . It had 34050 miles on it. It still looked new. (the way I keep everything) I wore out the seats in the front .
Best rig I ever owned . The only thing I had to change was the ball Joints and spark plugs and a few coils. Good luck with it looks great.

I don't think 8500 is the empty weight, that's the max gross with passengers and cargo. In any case they are peppy and can easily be turned up way past the transmission's ability to live.

Sling - I think you put the wrong mileage down. What did it actually have on it?
