New Hustler prop $125.00

Do those props also fit a mid size Yamaha? For instance, my neighbor needs a prop for his 2002 115 horse Yamaha. It currently has a 19" 3-blade Yamaha prop on it, and isn't nearly enough prop. I'm thinking he needs to try a 4-blade 21". I took my Mercury Hi-5 to him but the hub diameter on the Yamaha 115 is smaller than my Merc prop so we couldn't try it.

I heard back from the owner of the test boat he said the hustler prop was incredible, his boat handled better and it has all around performance.

My test may be non conclusive for the reason we increased the hp on the test boat.
But I will be testing another stock boat this week.

So far the prop feels good.

hustler prop

Took the boat out this weekend, happy with speed and hole shot. the boat is an 87 Ambassador, 454 mag, rv cam (330 hp, 400 ft lbs tq) thru hull exhaust, trim tabs. I have 2 props an aluminum 4 blade 20p and a stainless 3 blade 21p. The 21p is a little chewed up, only real difference i notice is a better hole shot on 20p. Thinking about going up to a 23p due to WOT @ 5300. I have some cavatation at or around 5000 rpm on occasion. The 4 blade 23, from what I understand about props, should give me the top end I would like and still get a decent hole shot. I generally have 4 to 6 people on the boat at any given time. My main concern is fuel ecenomy and driveability. May consider even staying with the 21p due to the fact im loving how it handles. The boat is plenty fast enough for me, hitting 67mph gps @ 4900. I also figured a comparison with my 3 blade ss, vs 4 blade hustler may not hurt a bit, lol.
Any thoughts, concerns or ideas?

A chewed prop will spin up more rpm and less speed, sounds like a 21 4-blade would be the right prop for you, It should bring your rpm down a little and your speed up over the two props you have. The hustler prop provided a good hole shot and better handling on our test boat.

havent forgot about ya! had the great luck to get loaned 7 props to figure out what i want to end up with...all loaners, i want/need a new prop. but it is helping me compare so i get the right prop over all...hit 84.2 gps with a stainless 25p, dont need to go that fast, tryin the smaller ones this weekend, so i will see...

Man I would stick with the 25 prop that put you at 84 mph, I don't sell a prop that can match that negative slip. Stainless or aluminum
