Just wanted to say hello, and that I am one happy son of a gun with my new Checkmate. 2400 BR Pulsare.

She is beautiful and clean.

From what I have seen and read, it looks like I am a fish out of water in South Louisiana with a Checkmate, but you know what, I like it like that.

Different.

All of my friends have said, you can't fish in that boat, and my response has been "I BETTER NEVER CATCH A FISHING POLE IN IT".

I enjoy the reading in this forum.

Welcome to the board and congrats on the new boat. We are going to have to have some details on that monster, we also love pictures.:thumb: :welcome:

:welcome: & congrats on your Pulsare 2400!! Bring that boat down to Jupiter FL this sunday and join about 25 other hot boaters for a day of fun!!!:thumb:

Don't worry. Your not the only Checkmate owner in S.La. Where are you from and where do you boat?

When my friends ask me why I bought a boat that can't be fished out of I tell them that's why they're my friends....becuase they ALL have fishing boats...

Hmmm.. I wonder how my boat would run with a 225 Opti??

Hey Cooter Mac, we now have our own Checkmate chapter called "Cajun Country". Be sure and "check" it out soon.
