If its a Bravo, put the drive all the way. Then trim it back up, max trim to set the limit switch should be 22 inches. Thats measuring from center to center of the trim ram bolts.
You are correct! If I don't sell the boat, I am dropping it in this winter. At that point, I would not want to sell it. My main issue is the engine hatch. I would love to find an eluder I/O hatch or build one from scratch so I didn't have to cut up the original. From what i have read i do believe that WI's little motor is still floating around somewhere waiting for you to put it in its new home! But i have slept since i thought i read that!![]()

Already custom built lightning's. Still 1 1/2" to tall...just build some custom headers, if you can glass and paint, welding is a breeze

I saw that in another post, sorry to hear. I still got it and plan on putting it in the red flake boat this winter. If for some reason the boat sells, I will post the 383 for saleHeah Brian, do you still have that stroker ? I broke my motor.

Heres simple detailed instructions, I'd confuse you trying to explain without pics..Just remember this is for an alpha drive so ignore the measurements. You want 22" from nut to nut.
