One Half Liter Short.........

told my wife you would probably be the first to respond and have something smart to say :thumb: you pulled through on half Keith. yeah I know it's not a boat unless it's floatin. water pics to come...

:bigthumb: You know I'm not holding back. Just means were buds.
Thats a good looking boat. I hope you use it.

Boat gets it's own television?
Really doesn't need you anymore, does it?

 that's funny. maybe now we can both enjoy some football, duck dynasty, lock n load Monday etc. couldn't see the TV before with that fat zt280 in the shop. hell I can even adjust the volume with the remote on the tune box now!

thanks guys! its a 1996 purchased in '97 with a '97 200 efi, Mercury factory hydraulic steering, CMC 5.5" Power Lift with a 2" spacer. I bought it from the original owner who is a prop engineer for Mercury in WI. It's not perfect but overall in great shape. Came with a seastar hydraulic steering system complete with hoses, helm and new controls. Also scored three props: 23 high five, four blade 23 trophy plus and four blade 25 trophy plus.

What should I expect for performance out of these three props?

I'm only getting about 60 with the same setup. My hydraulic jack plate isn't coming up though and I'm about 5 inches below the pad.

Beautiful boat by the way and because its so easy to trailer you should come out to the Chesapeake next month.:thumb:

Very nice Sip.:thumb: I've been waiting for you to post pictures of the new ride. It was hard to look at on my phone screen.

Congrats Sippy! That's a good looking ride! I ran a 24p Fury and 26p Trophy Plus on my Pulsare with a 95 2.5 200XRi 5.5 CMC Hydraulic and I got 65-66mph out of both props with the plate around 3/4 up and I think the motor was mounted on the lowest hole.

I just measured it and my prop shaft is 3" below the pad with the j plate all the way up and the motor is mounted in the bottom holes. going to use it as is this season and maybe change it up over the winter.

I know BADBK, JUPITER PULSARE, RANDY and others have already done significant testing on these hulls so I'm hoping to read their old threads again and maybe pick their brains a little so there won't be too much trial an error :thumb:
