PART OUT 253 CONVINCOR?

Hi guys, I have a 1997 253 Convincor with a custom built 496 Procharged/Rtech intercooled 800+ hp engine which I am looking to sell in the next 6 months or so. I want to downsize and go outboard for my next boat. I don't think I am going to have much luck finding a buyer for this boat with it's current setup and age. It's too old for a boat loan and not really a family friendly boat. Is parting out something like this a better idea than waiting for the right buyer with cash to come along? I'll list what I have below.

1997 253 Checkmate Convincor with 450 hours on hull. 85 on new engine. Shows very well for age.
2005 Load Rite tandem trailer with surge brakes and brand new tires.
GEN 6 454 bored and stroked to 496.
Crower crank ($2500)
Crower forged rods
Cp custom blower pistons
Afr 315 cnc heads with Jesel rockers. Custom ground cam from Bob Madera with Crower extreme lifters.
M-1 Procharger with Rtech intercooler making 8.5 psi
Nickerson carb
Hardin cyclone headers.
Hardin dual stage pump.
Bravo Xr with ribbed cab and Simrek shower. Imco hd helmet and gimbal ring.
Full hydraulic Imco steering.
New cockpit and mooring covers. New cockpit and cabin snap in carpet.
There is a lot more to list but that's the good stuff. I know what I can get roughly for most of the parts but not sure what the hull is worth minus the engine? Anybody have any thoughts?

You can get a loan for a boat of that age but depends on your asking price. I just bought a 97 253 last month and it was bank financed. I'm Not advertising the price I paid online but pm me and I'll give more info on $$$ and terms I got.
If you part out put up some pictures I may be interested in a few things you have.

I also got a loan on my 92 convincor but that was 3 years ago and I had a
fairly decent down payment. I personally don't think 97 is that really that
old for a boat and there is plenty of places that will finance someone with
good credit. It would be a shame to part out such a nice setup, most guys
only dream of a setup like this. Plus your motor and outdrive will probably
sell pretty fast and then your stuck with a 97 hull that nobody wants to
repower them selves when you can buy a performance boat with power for
way less. Please post some pics, would love to see your 253.

WHAT WOULD YO ASK FOR THE BOAT INTACT? i DID NOT SEE THAT ABOVE. Sorry for the all caps did not feel like retyping.

I am not sure what I'm going to ask for the boat. I've got over $75000 invested in it since 2005. It's insurance value is $29000 without all the goodies I've put on the boat. I know I'm going to only get a fraction of that back. I think I'm going to put it away for the winter and try and put together a price come springtime. I'll try and post some pics in the next few days. Thanks guys.
