pea green wire in harness

Checkmate259

New member
help!!! what is the pea green wire for in the wire harness for a 2000 checkmate convincor 259? was putting in gunnel boards to make cubbies on the side and noticed my pea green wire is melted through the insulation anywhere the electrical tape was taping the loom together. I tried tracing it but lost it up by the throttles.

Can't find it up there, but my trim gauge did stop working, suspected it was the sensors on side of drive, but havnt dug into it. Thanks thou !!
