Persuader Performance Boats is born.

Some quick updates, and the design change.

I didn't even know about this thread {so many threads so little time:)}

Now that I have found it and gone through much of the previous postings, all I can say is wow, this is an awesome build thread --- thanks Coop for keeping this build pictured/video'd for us.

Tons of great info here, and I can't wait to see the finished product.

Last week I finally got the first gel coat on the deck mold.

And then, after the storm blew out the pilot light on my furnace, things turned cold, and the gel coat started to release from the mold.

So, back out it came.

Spent the weekend cleaning up the mess, and she's almost ready to respray.

I gotta say I was feeling really bad watching the second vid of you having to peel off the gel after the temp incident.
You being in the Ohio climate and me being in the NE climate I can really sympathize with what happened -- doing these kinds of projects in the winter cold climates can be sooooo discoraging from the result of winter storms and temps :brickwall:

However Coop, your resolve and patience is incredibly commendable....
If that were me I would have been yelling and swearing and throwing crap around {making things worse}.

Keep up the great work {and patience} -- as you know it'll all pay off in the end.

Keep the vids comming --- love this thread.

First load of "stuff" being delivered to the new shop.

It was heavier than it looks. Gotta build some shelves this weekend. My wife is going to love having her shed to herself instead of full of boat parts. :D
