just was looking to see what exactly they look like!!! don't have them on mine but would like to know for reference.......:bigthumb:

Don have 'em? Congrats!:thumb: Doesn't matter what they look like, unless they're laying on the bench during a soft to solid engine mount swap :surf:

as far as i know- yes!!!!! the boat is at the merc. dealer now. when i get it back i can confirm that - but i looked at it before i took it there and im sure it does.......:cheers

I should have mine in by next week,,went with stock rubber for my johnson,,,160bucks ...OUCH...mine looks like a rubber wedge with metal stubs on the outside to bo;t it down... go to http://www.crowleymarine.com/ you can get a diagram(bluprint) of just about any engine out there...there you can see your mount

I hear that solid mounts will transfer vibrations to the boat..
Any one know how much..is it anoing..

All depends on how smooth your motor idles actually. I find a rough idle and solid mounts annoying. I've seen windshields rattle. Smooth running motor...barely notice the difference.

Been living with it for 14 seasons, Can get annoying at times when under 2000 rpms for long periods.Your either better off getting up on plane or slow it down to an idle.:irked: But Dam i love that motor Merc245 get it! LOL

225 Promax with solid mounts wasn't annoying on the Pulsare. Slightly noticeable. Kinda nice :bigthumb:

that is why i stuck to rubber, all that vibration can not be good for the transom,,I like to catch air too sometimes,,need rubber to catch the shock..

I have solid mounts on my 2.4. Whole lot a shaken going on back there. Not the mounts fault. Motor runs like a pro stock.
