Make it real easy... Find a post made by Chris, Left click on his name, view his profile and send him a message or add him to your buddy list. Once chris is your buddy you can click on his e-mail and send him a message
 
You don't have to add him if you don't want to, just click his name, View Profile, and there is his e-mail in plain sight.
