predictor restoration

I currently am pulling the floor up on a 16' predictor I would like to know, is there any way to save the raised up fiberglass seat pedestals, or do I trash them and try to build new ones. I found a lot of rotten wood inside them when I was taking the seats out I do not have the original seats. Previous owner had some bass pro type seats in the boat.

How many stringers are in a predictor I have the rotten wood in the floor out and it looks like only one stringer in the center. The stringer looks like three 2x4s up to the start of the bow and then one 2x4 to to the bow front.
