pug288's Convincor pic's

hope it's alaska.....that black going to get so hot won't need a grill if they want to do lunch !!!

Its paint, somewhere on the site are pictures of when it was being done. The guy had it painted like that, then dissapeared from the site. I think it had to do with going to Iraq or Afganistan or something.

Great to see it back. Looks good.

black isnt that bad my family had a black chris craft when i was a kid you just kinda had to watch how fast you sat down on stuff but usually if you had wet shorts on you were good plus the towels always dried nicely when you left them on the sunpad

We boat on Barkley and Ky lake. The guy I bought it from had it painted and there is alot of detail in it. If you see it in person there is flaming skulls in the paint. This is my first big boat and we are really enjoying it.

another thing with black is that seen a lot more stress cracks from the extreme heat changes with it as well...did a wide black stripe on a 29' cruiser I had many years ago along the the cabin sides to make the windows look steamlined, looked great 2 years later noticed the gel was all cracked up just under the black..then seen it on other black parts on boats as well...

Glad to see the boat found a new home, with a board member.

I think pug's boat was originally black, and they got rid of the gel graphics, and did the flames. I'll do a search for the old thread. Hopefully the pictures survived.

Checkmate made a lot of black boats.
