pulsare 2100 power problem

Keep a close eye on water pressure and temp. I would definitely think you could run higher than 4" below. If you're shooting a rooster tail more than 3'-4' high you're probably trimmed too high. My best speeds are just over half trim. This will vary with setback. I took RayZ's boat for a ride this weekend and we were getting a best speed at just under 1/2.(He's running less setback)
 
Check and see if your throttle cable is adjusted correctly. Maybe you are not at WOT.

This problem sounds similar to something that happened to me, so i wont bother making a new thread for it. Keep us posted
Dont wana highjack this, but i got some questions. How do you check that throttle is opening fully? You are talking about adjusting the throttle linkages right?(top or bottom one?) And were do you adjust it too, to get 100%?
