try an omc raker 18 pitch

a laser II might be a better prop

for skiing you want to be at the top of your rpm range maybe a little over max rpm.
if you run in shallow water alot stay with an aluminum or composite

Also, there's Lots of diffrent things you can do to set up your rig for speed besides props. Like setback, engine height etc...
