"Wanted" Starflite stainless rail end, stern

Need a couple of stainless rail ends for an '89 Starflite restomod project, The tapered end that fits into the rail either sided, at the stern of the railing.:brickwall:

:confused:I think the guys that owned it before me painted it with a broom... but that's OK, at 50mph it looks pretty good...and next winter (this winter is a complete interior de-do) it'll get painted and repowered. So, on to the important stuff, like stainless rail ends!

Any one gort one they just dont need any more?

Sorry that I didn't reply sooner, been kinda busy. After seeing the picture that you posted, the one's that I have are not even close. Try giving Mike Combs a call at Checkmate. Sometimes he can find new old stock items that need a new home.

Thank you for looking. I ordered a couple from Iboats made by Seadog (I found one, and need one more...but hey, if I am ordering them they have to match don't they?).... and guess what? THEY DONT FIT!:brickwall: The taper is too severe the length is 1/2" too short...jeez louise...

Beuler!!:yell: Anyone have one of these thngs? I'll even send you a free coozie from my annual 4th of July lake house party, you can choose 2009, 2010 or 2011. They are sure to be collectible.

bump....anyone, interior is jsut about done, waiting on NEW ZT interior from Checkmate to fit into the Starflite...thats right....just wait for the pics! But in the meantime....rail end any one?

Hi Rover,
I have some, reply with the dimensions and I will make sure they are right (87). I'm not going to put them back on, so your welcome to them.

BTW, Anyone local that needs the rails, let me know.

I have both, been thinking on if the rails go back on or not after its paintedif you dont have any luck let me know I think mine are the same on my 86 Starflite:thumb: I think the rails will stay off for me

Let me check when I get back from vacation. I have rails off a 85 exciter and my 87 enforcer.
