Steering system question ,1987 Enforcer

I'm doing some updating on my Enforcer.I want to install a newer style steering wheel but I see that mine is a 1" tapered square shaft compared to the 3/4" tapered that is on most.

Anybody know who manufactered this system? Or am I going to have to change the whole rack unit over.
