Tilt/Trim just ticks

I have a 1990 mercruiser 4.3L and out of the blue the trim motor just clicks and the outdrive will not move up or down. any ideas or where I can find a used or new one...or do I have some other issue. The solenoids seem to be OK.

make sure you have proper voltage getting to the motor leads,if your not.. you got electrical problems and if you are then you need a new motor..
