Trip on the Hudson and around Manhattan, Sept 6th

Here's a few from my view. I have to give most of the credit to Laura, as I have not yet mastered the Sim and Knarloid, stand up and let go of the wheel at 60 for an action shot! Nice work guys!

That looks like fun. I can hear my wife bitching behind me now.

I would love to see any pics from jross/Laura or Chuckb from the return down the Hudson when it was 3-4ft chop and I was leading the group.
I know I got a LOT of air. I was purposely gunning the throttle to launch off waves.

If I didn't need an active hand on the throttle and the wheel during that very rough chop back down the Hudson, I would have loved to get some pictures of you totally out of the water.

I would have had a mutiny if I tried to keep up with all the fun and wave jumping:)

Da-huuuude!! I had no idea you had those kind of pits or me those balls.
We gotta do that again. !!!!!:rof:
Before Terry leaves town.
But with a less expensive lunch.

How about a Philly run on the weekend of 20th/21st Sept from Burlington?
Everyone welcome!
It would be a much shorter distance, and we'll pack a lunch instead of a restaurant.

wedding anniversary blast with Laur in Key Largo. (we're so freaking old!!)
Amazon prime should have it all here in 2 days. Shark pics.
You're in trouble man,.
Really.!!!!!

You are definitely more than welcome to join us anytime! Watch out for any future posts in the Liberty Mates section.
Also - for your info, some of us run the Delware between Trenton and Philly, so if you are interested in meeting up anytime, we can PM you here as we don't always post the notice in advance here.
You might say our relationships that began on this fine forum are flourishing offline ;-)

I think we need to make this Manhattan trip at least an annual event for the Liberty Mates group here.

A number of years back we kept our then boat (a Sea Ray 20) at Jack's Neshaminy Marina in Croydon so have experienced boating on the Delaware. Where do you launch your boat when running the Delaware between Trenton and Philly?

Sim and I have been launching at Curtins Marina in Burlington all season.
Before then we launched out of Trenton.

Demag is in the Croyden area, and Ramifications is near Delanco.

I'll set up a new thread for this Philly run and see who we can pick to run again this season.

I'm tired of your sweatpits. Ya know, I only used a quarter tank all day yesterday?
We're good for whenever the rest of the season. The more the merrier except next weekend,
we're outta town.
Great time yesterday! Thanks everyone!
Holy Shi ite! Second part was choppy till we tucked into the Harlem River.
Like DEATH choppy.
Hellgate was unfortunately a little disappointingly tame.
