This would be a cool project. Cool looking boat not sure if it's too high on price at 4500 but i love big outboard boats like this

I love those old Sonics! Can't tell if it was set up for twin or trip OBs. I would think with twins, it would be a real pig. Decent $$ but the old girl needs a lot of TLC.......
If anyone is interested, I could go look at it for them.

If I wasn't old and worn out from so many boat rehabs.....mmmm.........nah, I'm done....well...maybe....nah...can't do it....but I do deserve a xmas present...I do have space in the driveway, I know were I can pick up a couple of 300 Pro Maxs.......nope..It's not a Checkmate!! Nuff said!

Thats a twin to my old '85. Mine was a triple 24 200's setup. Mid 60's boat but was one of my fav's. It really would need 3 300xs's to wake it up.

Well...I spoke with the owner of this Sonic yesterday and find out that we know each other from my time in the boat business at Active Thunder..I might be flying up there to look at the boat with a friend who is interested in her..unless I decide to get crazy and get it myself!

I don't have any money nor do I have any knowledge of outboard motors but I'd be happy to drink beer and watch you work on it lol

3 300X Mercs will get that sucker moving. My buddy has 3 on his 30 foot Sutphen and it's an animal.

ATC, after owning 2- 300X Mercs......your buddy must have deep pockets to keep gas going to 3- 300X Mercs!
