UPDATE ON 88' PLAYMATE

Man would I like to see that, just how much heavier is the the 115 over the 60 , is it possible with a jack plate and it mounted as high as it can go or would she sink to the bottom. Hmm not sure but wow it would look cool for sure. Aaron

Where abouts do you drive it? Massachusetts definitely has a solid checkmate representation
 
You know, I did some checking, and that 115 is only 50 pounds heavier than the motor I'm going to hang off of mine. :shakehead:
 
I have a 270 pounds Yammi on my Playmate GT and 40 pounds pb in the nose at the bow. I thing the merc 115 is to heavy for that boat.

I bought this for my son.. We have a summer home in VT. on maidstone lake, we also boat on the merrimack river in hooksett N.H. Where in Mass are you???
