Flat type or pedistal. There are a few places online that sell them. I will have to look to see where I bought my flat sliders.

I have pedastil mounts from the floor up to the seat if you are looking for that type. They are used but in great shape.They are slider and swivel mounts about 12 inch high with the tube. contact me I am I can send pics if interested.
