water in da boat - normal??

and in a garage at that!!! maybe i just have a bunch of cats going wee wee in there. garage doesnt leak. yet. i dont think? just my luck the F'r is gonna sink on dry land!!!

again, it is not a boat cover but one of those plastic type tarp's. supposed to be almost 100% waterproof, but if it pools i am sure some drips through. it has held enough once to tear at the windshields and had to replace it. thats why i moved it indoors.
