Right now I'm re-building rotten stringers and converting to Bravo One drive.
Haven't decided what engine I'm gonna put in but my old 454/330hp will have to step aside ;)

Soon I will start a new thread about this project :thumb:

'85 Diplomat original 3.7L MCM 170HP....hoping it will gain some weight this winter in the form of a nasty warmed-over 350 small block and some thru-hull exhaust....she should move quite nicely then :banana:
 
If the 3.7 is still good, there are several who might be interested in it!
I would do the v8 conversion again, but I wish I would have started with a 20ft instead.
pay special attention to your proping with it.
