When I was having my custom cam ground, Bob Madera at Marine Kinetics told me that the early EMI's had reversion issues but they have since fixed that on the new ones (as far as I was told). I run a cam for dry headers on my engine with the long tails and have not had any signs of reversion......just signs of other failures......haha.
