Thanks Crush, If we had contest for boat of the month "with wife posing on the deck" I would have been in the running in July

Ok time for winter project II. I now have a 1988 135 black max, a 6" projacker plate and teleflex hydraulic steering to install before next spring. I will try to post pics as I go.

Had the boat out nearly every day last week. We had a blast, all went well until we almost sank. We ran over a 3' long 2x12 and thought it knocked a hole in the hull. We started to take on water fast. I was freaking out! After haulig ass back to the ramp with the bilge pump working over-time I found out only the plug was missing. I installed the spare plug after the water draned out from under the floor and back out we went for some water skiing. That incident really made me question not putting the flotation foam back in, but all ended up cool. I don't wish that deal on anyone, things were a little tense for a while on that trip. Hope your first week out after your rebuild goes smooth.

Everyone forgets their plug at least once....don't feel so bad.....it's the second time that you have to kick yourself!!!

The plug was in Jupiter..... The %**#!!* 2x12 I hit knocked the darn thing out. That's why I was freaking out so bad. It never crossed my mind that the plug was gone. I was sure that the hull was split open. I think we may have set the record for speeding in the no wake zone at the local marina??

Hope to hit 60 Adam, but 60+ sounds cool. I need to take it easy at first and learn to drive at higher speeds. This is my first boat and I need to get a feel for balancing the boat. I think the prop will be a 13&3/4" 23 pitch lazer II. but I will take all the help I can get on prop suggestions. Derrick in Ohio just finished rigging out the same boat and motor combo. He ran 60 before any tuning so I am going to copy his set up for a starting point..........Ready for summer

Hi Derrick, I have not done a thing. I do have all the parts less the prop but no time to get started. I'm working 70 to 80 hrs per week. My plan to get things going after the first of the year. Did you ever fine tune your Enticer or was the first set up the way you like it?

(ps) like your action shots

have you thaught about a hot foot? i have one. i love it. its a must have for any higher speeds.

its not the best for motoring around in a no wake. you have to stay in your seat.

No Illmatic, no foot, no prop, no solid motor mounts, no water pressure guage, no trim guage and the list goes on and on. The block off kit is in the mail and on the way. That's one good thing. (PS)Did I tell you before how cool your vid is

It rocks !!
