It might be out you way, Waffle Farms out in Coldwater MI. I don't know the names of any of the lakes but its a nice chain of them out there. As for pics I don't much. My friends have photo albums full of them & hrs of videos I need to borrow someday.

Thanks for responding everyone I was just getting bored all the same talk about what prop what, engine hieght, how to make her shine, thought I'd mix it up alittle and have some fun. Lets here some of your tall tales.:bounce:

Knutson's in Brooklyn Michigan also sells them......Merc245 is correct they are a pain to tow around.....unless you have a party barge.

Brooklyn, MI. Twenty five yrs ago I use to run around Brooklyn MI. My best friend lived in the Irish hills.M-50 & sand lake Rd.We used to ride dirt bikes in the hills. We had over 500 acres to ride on at that time plus all the dirt roads you dare to handle .(1978-1984)
I had a 73 Pontiac Catalina (200 bucks) pulling a $50 trailer with 3 new bikes on it worth about $6000. My cousin's CR 125 my best friends KX250 and my RM 400 with a buddy's older RM 125 hanging out of the trunk.

We would ride all day than party around the camp fire at nite. And then when everyone was in bed we would drive over to Brooklyn Ford and my friends would siphon all the gas out of the cars to fill my tank back up and get a extra 20 gals to ride all our bikes all next day on sunday. This was a every weekend thing thru out those summers. OOOOHHH What great memories.

We have a cottage there.....don't get their much nowadays thou. We use to go off roading in the old gravel pits just south of MIS.....that is until we blew out the rearend of a '78 Bronco and had to limp home on the front axle.....that was a great night!

We use to hang out at the 'Rootbeer Depot' in Brooklyn on Wednesday night, me in my 69' Firebird, my brother in his 66' Catalina and my buddy in his mafia style 76' Lincoln.

Boy we use to do some stupid stuff back then....some of it I wish I could forget :brickwall:

When you say Rootbeer Depot, Do mean that teenage dance Hall that was right on M-124.It was the place to hang out back in late 70's early 80's.Lots of nice & pretty country girls there then. It was a kinda of a red alum bldg.I beleive its a VFW HALL now.I went for breakfast one sunday morning a few yrs back.

Nope...The Depot was right in Brooklyn just north of the old IGA store. It was setup like the old A&W's.
This was before my time.....but did you ever go to the downhill ski valley behind the two white towers off of US12. They use to open it up in the summer time and strap these grass skis to your feet...pretty crazy. It's now all new homes.

I admit the train jumped the the track a time or two,But never lost his load:o

P.S.I'm still working on more Crystal Bay floaty pics. But I don't talk to the picture taking pervert of a friend anymore since he copped a plea bargin to arson of his 33 footer.
