Interesting discovery.
I take my boat out on Lake Cushman during the summer here in Wa. Saw another Checkmate Pulsar on the lake and the owner pretty much chased me down along the lake (on foot) excited to see another Checkmate up here in the NW. His was in very nice condition...
Eventually I had to give him a ride. Something about these Checkmate's makes owners very excited!
Just thought I'd post that.

bth_109_0916_zps5e188731.pngMy last boat was a Sea Swirl Striper 2101 walk around cuddy. Had 40 hours on it when I traded it in for the Checkmate. Thought I would fish the sound here, but never turned out. So I traded it in for something I would use.

I'm trying to figure out how to list it on my profile as boats owned but I don't see where to change my profile here.

Scroll up and click the user cp tab. Once in there you will see options down the left side of the screen where you can setup your profile.

:welcome: That Checkmate is a keeper. :bigthumb: "Cushman Lake"? Does this mean you have your own private lake? Some guys have all the fun:poke:

Welcome to the forum ---- that's a gorgeous ZT you have, would love to see some water pics.

Nice to see a beautiful Checkmate being well cared for :thumb:

BTW I took this picture today to enter my post. The one thing I find when I bring this thing out is when I tie up to the dock everyone wants to come and look. I don't have a problem with that, but when they bring their large unleashed dogs they want to jump in and punch their nails into the soft vinyl.

My personal "pet" peeve?

*chuckle*

Alrighty then.

I charged the battery, checked the fluids, conditioned the vinyl, wet wiped it, wiped down the engine and vacuumed the carpets. You can eat off this thing. i think it is presentable for this weekend's pics. We'll see how it goes.

I think you guy's just created another new obsession for me. Glad I joined the forum.
Who knows? After a while I may have to compete in your BOTM.

Sometime I get frustrated with the old lady. Does anyone here get this?

"It's just a boat. We all want you to pull us on a tube, walk all over it, and spend the day on it. Your just obsessing on everyone stepping all over it."

Myself, I want to drive it. fly it. Get some air and look good in it. But she doesn't understand the beauty of it.

I'm thinking of trading her in for a bigger Checkmate!!!

:O)

Don't stress the small stuff. Walking on a boat doesn't hurt it. Dirt washes off and crumbs vacuum up. I am obsessed with keeping towels on the vinyl though. Its all about having fun. Just take your time docking.:)

My wife don't like going fast. Anything over 60 and she starts flipping out. Takes all the fun out of it. We were running at Cumberland tonight and we had to lay back and watch the others air it out. That Sucks. Ill have to leave her home next time haha.
