    78 predictor for sale

    hey i'm selling my 78 preictor it has a 79 merc 150 hp on a cmc jack plate. i have two stock aluminum props and a 22p chopper for it. come with the trailer and spare tire, all lights are working and new bearings. their are pics of it on here in the pic this forum on the 5th page posted by boston...

    illmatic, if i go up in pitch from the 22 to a 24 or a 26 will that help my hole shot? or is a chopper strickly for top end. What kinda set up r u runnin on your predictor?

    SORRY I HAVENT BEEN ON HERE IN A WHILE(LOTS OF STUPID BULL SH** GOIN ON). THAT CHOPPER HAS A LOT OF VIBRATION AND I DON'T CARE FOR IT.     Its a 150 hp merc 79 2.0L, but i have to punch it to 5000 to 5500 and pedal it back from there to get it on plane.

    I put a 22p chopper on my predictor and took it out on sunday and no matter were i put the plate i have to pedal it like crazy to get it out of the hole( runnin it to 5500 and pedal in it), but the top end is nice. I can tell it has to low of a pitch because it burries my tach @ 6000 and it...

    threw a water pump in my 2L now it dosent have very good psi out the pisser, but it dosent get hot and it pumps quite a bit out of the exhaust. anyone got any sugestions?

    Torque shift props

    Has anyone had any experiance with a torque shift prop? Or any info on one? I know they change their pitch with rpm nut how well do they work. I did a search for the and found some reviews that said they were great and some that said they were a waste of money.
