Saw this 300 on the Checkmate Face book page. Some talk of it haveing some boost? Anyone know what the story is on it? There were a couple nice new boats there I haven't seen here yet.

Throwing a hell of a rooster tail!! Says on the FB page it has the Merc Racing 700 SCI, running upper 80's, and is heading to Denver (hence the reason for the blower motor)!! Good looking boat, not crazy about the graphics but i love the fiberglass wind screen!! :thumb:

I missed all that, thanks. I agree colors aren't for me but very nice boat. Would like to see some motor and interior pics.

looks very nice , i wish there was more info and some better pics . a running video would surely be welcome . hint hint.

im sure anyone on here would proudly want to own that boat no matter what the colors. im sure it looks great in person and on the water.

I wish there were more NXT drives out on the market. Used ones are few and far between. It would be a great upgrade to get rid of the weak bravo platform with a little bilge work and not have to move the motor significantly ahead for the transmission like a #6. They have pretty good torque handling capabilities. Also the LU can accept #6 props or Bravo style props with the proper adapter.

Man, that can't be cheap

Sounds like a nice boat, that graphics package is not very flattering to the nice long line of the 300, makes the boat look short and fat, in these pictures anyway. The "Skittles" label is slightly negative or silly, but applies and could unfortunately be changed to "Discover the Rainbow" boat.

Maybe the thing looks way better when your climbing in it. I must be some kind of a jerk, to not like these new checkmate graphics.

Is that the same mold?
It just looks so different with the plastic windscreen.
It's a bad boy! Pretty impressive to run upper 80s with 1 700 I think.

I'd like to see the drive and motor combo. Nice speed numbers. Colors? What ever, It is his boat. And yes I would like to see a video.

Thanks getting those pics up Sammie!! That is one bad a** 'Mate! I love the engine hatch/sun pad, the scoop looks cool and so do the heads rests!! Yet again, another awesome build from Checkmate!! :thumb:

Thanks a bunch Sammie!

Ok...I want it! CM did a great job on that one making it stand out from the pack. Love the windscreen and the changed up engine hatch. Surface drives rock!
