I got started on the upholstery tonight as well, i'm planning on a hour or so every night as it is fairly tedious work. I started by picking out the stitching on the original cover so i could use the parts for patterns. Then i made my own piping using the original rope and left over blue sunbrella fabric i have from my cedar strip.
I turned out pretty friggin good for a first attempt, if i do say so myself. I think it will really clean up the look of the boat.
I want the boat back together in 2 weeks, so i have been hauling ass on it. More to come soon. . .
