Caesar Creek Shootout

So I'm in for sure got the trailer all squared away just need to rejet carbs and finish cleaning the boat

I have been watching this thread along with the schedule at work and was going to make a last minute effort to go. Boss says tuff $h1t. I changed my work tour to 4 10's, monday through thursday, but right now we are being forced to work 5 12's and 1 10 or 7 10's. Maybe next year.

Looks like Bar 71 down off of I-71 xit 19 has a band on Saturday? We might head down there and stay at the Clarion Inn right next door.

Don't know much about it, but not seeing that many options for going out and having a good time afterwards.

Looking forward to Saturday!

boat looks sweet:thumb:

i dont think that was a good pass didnt sound like i was into the throttles at all had a few technical difficulties in the beginning of the day but still managed to get 85 before i had to back off nick let me check his handy prop slip calculator 11% i couldnt believe the turnout for that event not a big lake by any stretch of the imagination and not a super organized event but very cool it felt like a group of performance boats took over a lake and we did just a bunch of guys in fast boats racing up and down the lake the skater that showed up was just impressive i heard he was running somehwere around 140 couple of really nice cigs and ask nick he was super impressed with an old outlaw kept insisting it was a cafe racer anyway it was definetly worth the drive good times still not quite sure how i managed to burn 60 gallons of fuel on a 3 mile lake

the skater that showed up was just impressive i heard he was running somehwere around 140

Are you talking about that yellow Skater from the photo gallery. He was on a funrun on the river this year. We were running low 70's he flew by us, A Spectre with us got run down by him and he was running about 100 at the time. That guy flipped that on the Ohio a about 3 years back. Force of water ripped his clothes right off of him.
