Caesar Creek Shootout

Are you talking about that yellow Skater from the photo gallery. He was on a funrun on the river this year. We were running low 70's he flew by us, A Spectre with us got run down by him and he was running about 100 at the time. That guy flipped that on the Ohio a about 3 years back. Force of water ripped his clothes right off of him.

yep that would be the one i heard he flipped it and they rebuilt it id like to know what he had for power it had a very unique exhaust note

.. nothing worse than being wet, with a wrecked boat, and no clothes!!!

He was able to run down this guy also:

Thanks to all that came out! The weather was awesome! I am very disappointed that we didn't get a group picture off of bridge. I promised lunch in the parking lot and it took too long because I ran out of propane. By the time I got back out a lot of boats were gone. That is going to be a priority next year. Maybe we can have a lunch boat/pontoon.
Special thanks to Andy (Mexican Offshore cat) for bringing extra food. Thanks to Boo Boo for the videos and Nick and poser for the pics.
I also have a question... does anyone wonder why Bob and I wear helmets and life jackets religiously? I don't think anyone missed that moment on the lake.. There was even fishermen talking about it in the parking lot. You know what they say.. If your not living on the edge, your taking up too much space! Lenn :D

I swear I've seen that red Cat on the Ohio down in Ripley. Was it a Warlock?

I wished I could of made it but my Squirt Gun isn't running right.

I was the one guy that missed it!!! Cool to see the video, though. Just glad it wasn't me that got everyone excited this year :poke:

Live life on the edge.... the view is better! :D

Caesar Creek 2012

has anyone gave much thought to a date for the shootout this year? is anyone headed to lake cumberland for the poker run? we are headed down tuesday sept 4th and staying until the 9th.

Ceasar Creek

:D I'm in for a Ceasar's Creek date if we can set one. Only about 30 min from my place and where I would normally go when I'm not at Dale Hollow. Let's set a date!

Let's get it going! We had a great turn out last year and there has been a lot of interest for this year. If we can get lucky again on the weather I'm sure the turn out will be good again. I think Oct the 6th looks like a good date to start with and maybe use the 7th as a rain date. Please tell everyone that you can and post this on other sites. It would be nice if someone had a pontoon that we could serve the lunch off of close to the bridge and this way we can get a group picture from the bridge. Thanks, Lenn
