CHECKMATE WEEKEND CHESAPEAKE BASH 2014

1 more month left. Guess its time to get the boat out and make sure all is good.

The latest on the house is there are 2 rooms that have become avaliable.
I have demag and family, ram and family, chris and satasha in single bed rooms. The 2 left have 2 beds and 3 bunks for you guys and girl that want to share rooms. There is also 2 pull out couchs and plenty of floor and yard.

Need to send in final payment on Monday the 2nd. So anyone still wishing to donate towards the property please let me know. We have not met are goal with a few head not being able to make it.
 
First off get that boat in the water!!! We've had some great weekends for boating already.

Let me know what else needs to be donated.
 
Alright I just got home from my buisness trip and am now focusing on this one.:cheers:

Still haven't touched the boat so fingers crossed no surprises but I'll start on that tommorow.
So what are we thinking as far as food, paper products, jello shots(candace:poke:), etc. I'm trailoring down this year since my son will be with me so I can bring more and have a hook up on food so tell me what you want to eat.

This time next week I won't be able to sleep.:bigthumb:
 
I pickup the shirts next week and I am ready for a weekend off!! Looks like I will be the designated photography boat this year... I bought a new boat, but it's not a Checkmate:o

Let me know if you need me to bring anything specific as far as food. I'm not going all out like last year. We ended up bringing most of the food we brought down back with us.
 
I am super excited to be coming home next weekend for this! I fly up Thursday and will be headed by boat sometime Friday. I am more than happy to bring stuff to make jello shots again if ya'll would like. I can also bring other things too, just let me know!

Also...there's an island party at Hart Miller that Saturday! It's not that close to where we will be but just wanted to throw it out there. My friends are the ones DJing for it and what not.

also the Chesapeake Bay Power Boat Association raft up on saturday two rivers down on the South river. Nice ride under the Bay Bridge as well
 
Chris is going to do ribs I think friday night.
Need to hear from jetmate about doing another roast maybe for Saturday night.
I think the wife is going to do some subs again just to have in the fridge for anytime munchies. Then some hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, chips, and whatever so I would suggest a list with your name and what you want to bring so we all don't have tyhe same thing.

I also just got a reguest for the address and dont know if it was ever listed.

I'm gonna come down friday afternoon. What time can we be there? Dont know if I'll be cooking but can bring what ever food you want. May just buy some beef all ready cooked.
