That is a cool video, even the part where the camera angle changes toward the end of the "convincor race".

cool video !!!! I like the idea of hearing the music and the boats ! I like those side by side running shots. Keep em' coming. We have winter around the corner so we'll need our boating FIXES !

I hear ya. That's why I was asking for all the footage. "Movies" are so much more captivating. Great job! I'm working on another idea, but you know I work slow...lol! Maybe next summer.

Very nice. The vids posted in the last few days are going to keep us going when the water is frozen. Common spring.

:cheersGreat Vid,I am back to the RC toys now..Got to start my Chrismas List,I am thinking of a dash mount GPS Speedometer,,and a sound system,,and a faster prop,,maybe a bigger engine..will a 300x fit down my chimney??

well that's just awesome. What river were you guys on? I grew up in PA - on the river - the nice wide, long rivers. I'm having some trouble adjusting to all of the lakes in MI. On the rivers - water is pretty flat and they're very very long - about 20 miles between locks. The sportfire (kurt's old one) gets a little rough running fast with the famly in the middle of descent sized lakes. Going to make a few trips back to the old river next summer - will be fun in a boat running 10-15mph faster the one I grew up with.

Kurt - stick that promax on a nice big boat for the bay - I don't think your boy would talk to you if you put it on a smaller boat!

Anthony, you have been on that river................for about 10 minutes;).

you are right, i need the longer hull, but it is tempting to get a 16 footer for the promax and have some fun! hmmm 2 boats?:D

Kurt,

Where's a good place to put in for a day with the family? Where we went? I have a couple of buds who would come up there for the day. Is the saginaw OK to swim in? The only part I've seen is from the highway and looks a little indrustrial. 'uhh no real urgency to answer... I'll probably forget by the summer - so so so far away!!

Hey did you see that little '87 checkie in white lake on Craigs? I'm trying to get my buddy to buy it. 2500, w/ a 115 Merc. Sure would be nice to have a couple of quick boats to cruise in.
