I was standing in line at McDonalds a few miles from home.And a woman turned and said I know U, your the guy that has that truck and "THE BOAT". I'm like yea its me!
I've said it before around the neighborhood the Starflite is known simply as "the boat".

P.S. in one day I can call to see if 'The Boat" has a ready date or will I be dreaming!

And I just figured out why Checkmate-Boats.com is so much better than face book.Here when someone wants to be friends ,You actully have some thing in common with them!!!!!! The love of "in thier own boat".Not the love "in yours!"

Just when you don't think people pay attention they are. A couple of weeks ago I took a fishing boat I was working on to the lake. I stopped at a gas station near the lake I always stopped at with my Convincor for fuel. The older guy never said much at all that works their. When I walked in he said where is that big red boat and that hot rod dually. I was kinda shocked being it was last September since I stopped their with that boat. It kinda makes you want to smile until I looked back out the window and seen a fishing boat hooked to my Toyota. I just laughed and said I was upgrading

The good thing was I only put 50 bucks in gas in the boat verses 200 in the Convincor and 20 bucks in the Toyota instead of 80 in the Dually.

One of two things- either having the motor rebuilt...

OR

Getting his boat stuck in extended storage.
