New England Get Together?

Had a great day with a great bunch of people!!
Got a few shots of the member's boats who were able to attend.
Hope to have this again next year.
The Sand Bar is a perfect place for us to meet!

Damn Im so disapointed....:brickwall:

Blew a radiator hose in the jeep and couldnt get it fixed in time to make it..just my luck. On top of that my trailer broke and I had to spend a couple hours making a new bracket for the leaf spring U-bolts. Well Im glad you all had fun anyways maybe ill catch you on the rebound.

Great East,
I have a very short video clip of you out in the middle of the lake.
Great sounding motor!!
I will get that posted shortly.
The 1-3 ft swells made it a bit challenging to get a steady shot!!

Cool...can't wait to see it. It really got choppy on my way back to the ramp, we only stayed about and hour after you left.
I was so busy yappin I never took any pics though.

I WISH I WAS THERE. MY TRIM PUMP WAS JUNK. I HAD A VERY BORING WEEKEND. HOPEFULLY I WILL SEE YOU GUYS NEXT YEAR. SEE YA, CHRIS

again??

Hey Guys,
If there is any interest in doing this again this year, I am building a house close to the beach where you guys met. It is up the river just past the locks, very protected, about 1/2 mile drive from the state park ramp (which is in the river). I hope to have running water this year, but if not, there will be a porta potti:).
There is a dock which was the first thing I put in:cheers.

There is plenty of room for tents, plenty of room for trailers/cars. Feel free to make a weekend out of it, especially if anyone wants to come from far away. There are showers close by as well (within the state park) if I don't have running water yet. I also have a camper that I am using while I am building the house that sleeps 4.

We can leave the boats on the dock for the weekend, it is well protected from the wind/waves.

Any weekend will work for me, I will probably be there working anyway, and if I am not there, you are still welcome to hang out.

BTW, My avatar is a picture of the beach from the state park which is where the boat picture were all taken....

I plan on getting back there again this year. I get over to Sebago at least 8-10 times a season. Hopefully I won't have any engine issues this year. Looks like I should be running 550-575 hp this year after fixing last years screw ups. We'll see how it goes. When you say you are on the other side of the locks are you talking about Brandy Pond? Long Lake? Let me know, we're up there all the time, beautiful area....maybe we'll hook up if we get a chance.

Forgot to mention, give us a shout if you see us out there. My boat is 5th picture down in post #102 of this thread. Red/White/Blue Convincor.

I will hopefully be in too! My new engine is getting put together as I type. I can't wait for spring! I am going to be soooo broke after this project is over but you only go around once! I missed last year due to a bad trim pump. Chris

LT, I'm located on the river just north of the locks (short of brandy pond). If your going north, once your through the locks, it is after the 2nd bend up on the hill on the right (it is very much under construction so it should be easy to see).

There is a dock, but you will only see a malibu there (am I allowed to say that:sssh:). I doubt if I will have my checkmate complete this year, but you never know.

Your welcome to stop any time.
