Alright fellas... I think the joke has gone on long enough. I am the official owner of the 2800 and with that I am once again back into a Checkmate! I will start a thread in the next couple days to show the boat off and discuss my future plans.![]()

But seriously, yes, the 2800 is Ram's now. I went along for the ride to make sure he wouldn't have to drive the 20hrs all on his lonesome. That 20mins I drove for really made the difference for getting home safely!

I've decided its time to go bigger and get a wave crusher. I can't keep proving that Starliners can beat any bigger Checkmate in the rough stuff or I'll be a single man!!
Have my eye on something. In the meantime, my boat is available and I don't think any potential buyer will be disappointed.
